On business days, we will reply your e-mail in less than 48 hours. If you did not receive our reply, there are probably a few common reasons for that:

The Lust Weekend sells both designer labels and handmade products of the highest quality.
Our products are bought from designers' shop, authorized retailer, official department stores or directly from artist or designer's dealer. We are a Hong Kong based company committed to bringing you the most trendy and must-have items at a good price. Therefore, our buying team will not only buy from Hong Kong but will travel around the world to secure these for you. We do not sell factory second products. |

We do offer our items for sale on our CLEARANCE section. Simply click on the button on top or at the left navigation bar, you will find sales item up to 90% discount. Please check the conditions and specific terms of the item in the list. Please note, all our sale items do not offer return, exchange or refund. |

How do I know about sizes? |

Many designers have their own sizing systems. For example, a size 37 of French sole ballet flats may not equal to a Marc Jacob's. To get your size fitted, you can check on the size description on specific items. Due to the nature of our limited supply of stocks, we cannot guarantee the availability of your size after a certain period. Therefore, we do not offer exchange of products. |
