In order to make purchases through the site, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. When ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details, represent and warrant that the payment details you provided in ordering are both valid and correct. You have to confirm that you are the person referred to the billing information provided.
The item you buy is actually "what you see what you get". We have made every effort to display our merchandises as accurate as possible in terms of colour and appearance that appear on the site. However, as the actual colour you see is dependent on your own monitor display configuration, we cannot guarantee that you will receive product with precisely the same colour as shown on your monitor. We make every effort to provide the actual measurement and detailed description of our merchandises. All products have been fairly described and the weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. Furthermore, as the size system varies among designer items, please be aware that size may run larger or smaller than you expect. If you have any doubt on any specific description, please e-mail us your major concern before placing the order.
All information including the price is exactly as at the time of publishing and excluding taxes.
We make every effort to maintain the price as per your purchase, although there may be a necessary fluctuation under uncontrollable circumstances.
Prices shown on the site are in USD. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price in USD of a product displayed on the website at the time of ordering is accepted and will be honored.
The purchase of merchandise through www.thelustweekend.com (The Lust Weekend) is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Site in accordance with Hong Kong law.
Registration
You need to register as a member to make any purchase in The Lust Weekend. Registering to The Lust Weekend is very easy. Simply fill in the registration form on our site with your current e-mail address and your real name. Please be aware that your e-mail address will become your user id and it will enable you to use our site in the future. All non-transferable store credit, gift certificate or promotion code will be issued according to the user id only.
The Shopping Cart
You can keep your selections in the shopping cart until you are ready to check out. While you are browsing the site, you can click on the "view cart" link situated at the top right of the page and you will be able to see all of the items you are currently holding. You can keep as many as you prefer until you are ready to check out.
The shopping cart serves as a temporary shopping bag to hold your selection. Placing your selection into the shopping cart does not secure your order. To confirm your order, you must click the "check out" button on the upper right corner of our site. If you choose to leave the site without checking out any items, your shopping cart will be cleared automatically. As we offer limited quantities of items only, we advise you to check out the items right after browsing the site.
Checking out
You will find the check out system is just so user-friendly. You simply need to click the "check out" link on the top right of the site and follow the instructions. If you want us to deliver your order to another address that is different from your billing address, simply type your designated mailing address in the check out box. If you don't have a specific delivery address, the item will be delivered to your billing address. You can also leave your personal message in the check out page, such as contact information and preferred delivery time. We will do our utmost to honor your request and transfer your request to the courier company, but please understand that it is out of our control and you should track your parcel accordingly.
Once you have made your payment through the check out system, you will be redirected to the page of order confirmation in our site. You will also receive an email acknowledging the details of your order.
We reserve the right to withdraw your order at any time under certain circumstances such as when we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, your address cannot be verified, the item ordered is out of stock or after standard checking before any posting, we find, for reasons not in our control (e.g., from source) that it does not satisfy our high quality standard.
Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Tailor-made / Pre-order merchandise
Advanced payment is necessary for tailor-made or pre-order merchandise. Production time for tailor-made item will be indicated in the item description. We will produce the item after you processed check out and payment has been made. You will receive a shipping confirmation when the item is ready to be delivered.
It is rare in our experience to withdraw tailor-made merchandise. However, there are circumstances whereby delivery cannot be carried out for the selected advance payment merchandise due to production problems or quality assurance issues after receiving the order in our stock. In such cases, we will notify you by e-mail and refund the advance payment in full to your credit card within thirty days as per the date of being advised that merchandise has become unavailable.

For your security, our company staff does not contact through the phone and your personal information will not be used by or exposed to third parties excluding the courier service company and credit card company for details confirmation.
We do offer bonus or store credit for eligible customers. You will be noticed by e-mail personally if you qualify for any bonus or store credit. Be sure to join our mailing list.
Business Hour
Our site opens 365 days a year, 24 hours a day providing you a non-stop fantastic shopping experience. Shipping service is available from Monday to Friday and, our Shipping Department is closed on Saturday, Sunday and Hong Kong Public Holiday.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer delivery service to more than 200 states around the world as indicated in the order form.
You must provide correct information and a valid phone number for delivery purposes. You may receive phone call from the shipping company to confirm delivery. In some cases, identity proof may need to be provided to the custom or shipping company. Please note that our company staff contacts customers through e-mails, therefore, to avoid any inconvenience to yourselves, please make sure our email address is on your address list so that it will not discarded automatically by your server.
Items will be shipped out within 7 working days after the payment is received and confirmed.
Delivery is not available on weekend and public holidays. Please allow 14 to 21 days for international airmail. For some countries, shipping may take longer due to external factors such as custom checking or prolonged local delivery. We are not responsible for the time and money cost for items being held by the custom department. Furthermore, The Lustweekend will not refund and/or pay any charge whatsoever imposed on merchandise by government tax and/or any levy in buyer's country.
For Hong Kong local customers, we don't provide pick up service. We will only ship to Hong Kong addresses via courier service or registered mail.
Shipping Fee
Shipping fee is calculated based on the merchandise total as stated below. International standard delivery order usually arrives within 14-21 business days after the shipping day.
International express delivery order usually arrives within 3-10 business days after the shipping day.

Shipping fee via international express deliver
An add-on US$20.00 on top of international standard delivery per order will be charged.
Shipping fee to Hong Kong is at US$5.00 on the first item, and US$3.00 each for each additional item. Local delivery to Hong Kong order usually arrives within 2-7 business days after the shipping day.
Shipping to Canada
For Canada delivery, the Canadian customs strictly requests receiver's full name, full address, phone number and every detail of the item to be indicated accurately on the parcel. So please provide us a valid phone number and as correct information as possible. We are not responsible for any damage or delay of shipment due to insufficient information provided, and Canadian customs checking.
Insurance
The Lust Weekend does not offer insured delivery. Handling and packaging fees are included in the shipping fee. We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping. However, we will send out the item with a tracking number, you will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. We make every effort to ensure that delivery and receipt of your goods is as stress-free as possible. However, we are not responsible for the working practices of every post office and their workers in any country delivered to.
Tracking of order
Please provide a delivery address where you are available to receive the parcel at regular business hours. All our deliveries require signature for receipt. Make sure you track the parcel using the tracking number issued, in order to know the exact date of delivery. (Please note all information is to be obtained through the courier company).
If the item is being unclaimed, a delivery notice will be left for pick up. You can phone the post office or courier service company according to the delivery note. It can be either redelivered or picked up at your local post office.
You will receive an order number with your order confirmation after you have made a payment. After your item is sent, we will issue a shipping confirmation to you. If you do not receive your shipment after 21 days of shipping confirmation received, you can e-mail us with your order number to tracking@thelustweekend.com or via the 'contact us' link. We will then track your shipment for you. For security reasons, we will not expose the shipping tracking number to you.
Return and unclaimed packages
You may receive a phone call from the shipping company to confirm delivery, so please provide a valid phone number. In some cases, identity proof may need to be provided to customs or shipping company.
Unfortunately, if an order is returned to us by the postal service as "unclaimed" or "refused" for any reason, you have either the option of having the item re-shipped, or being issued a store credit. If you choose to re-ship the item, you are responsible for the shipping charge for re-sending the item. Money request will be sent to your email address for the re-send order. When issuing store credit, the shipping charge will not be credited.
Customs and import duties
Prices shown on the web site exclude customs tax and import duties. We do not collect import duties or sales taxes on check out process and we cannot predict what your charge will be.
Customs tax may be applied due to different countries' taxing policy. You may request to mark your order as gift on the message box during the check out process but we hope you can understand that your order might still be intercepted by customs and you may have to pay local duties and taxes. For more information regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
Return Policy
To provide high quality designer item for worldwide customer in a fair price is our reputation and objective in maintaining our business. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original, unused condition within 7 days for a store credit, less shipping costs. The stamping of your local postal authority will be an evidence of the dates. Please bear in mind that we will be notified of the date of deliverance of merchandise to you.
In order to facilitate the return of your items, return can only be made under the following conditions:
1. To return an item, please contact our customer service department at service@thelustweekend.com within three days after you have received the order. Our team will issue you an Authorized Return Code (ARC) upon approval of return. You must obtain an Authorized Return Code (ARC) by e-mailing us before sending back your item to us. We will not accept any parcel without the ARC code.
2. Together with the Authorized Return Code, all return items must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. The item must be returned in whole including paper tag, carton, boxes, and copy of customer sales invoice. Any shipping charge for returned items is at your own expense. We strongly advise customers to return items by a shipping company that provides a tracking number. We recommend you track your returned items so that you may confirm that we have received your package. You may also consider insuring your returned items. We will not be responsible for return shipping and items being damaged and lost during return shipment.
3. After we received your returned items in its original condition, we will notify you by e-mail that your return has been processed and the details of store credit amount. A credit code will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return.
4. When you purchase an order next time, you can enter the credit code in the message box on checking out process. For details of store credit, please check our store credit policy.
We cannot accept return under the following conditions:
1. We take pride in our items. We have customer service teams to check the item before being dispatched to make sure they are in the same condition as the item description. Therefore, we do not accept return in worn and defected conditions.
2. Shoes are being returned without original shoes box and packaging.
3. We do not accept return merchandise and issue any store credit on clearance sale items marked "special promotion and offers", beauty and cosmetic products, swimwear and lingerie.
4. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
5. We reserve the right to add without notice more conditions.
If you think you have received an item totally different from the item description, please contact our customer service department at service@thelustweekend.com within three days after you received the order. Our team will give you an Authorized Return Code (ARC) upon approval of return. In order to facilitate the return of your items you must obtain Authorized Return Code (ARC) by e-mailing us before sending back your item to us. You may request to submit further information for investigation. We will send the original item to you again when we receive your returned item, subject to availability.
We request that all goods are returned within 7 days as from the date you received your ARC number. Any items returned exceeding the time limit are accepted at the discretion of The Lust Weekend. In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limit, even validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
Store Credit
We will send you a credit code of your store credit for your next purchase. Credit code will be issued for one-time use only. When you purchase an order, you can enter the credit code in the message box and we will have our customer service executive to take care of it. Please note that you still have to pay full amount for your order and we will issue you a refund after the credit code is verified. Once your credit code is verified, we will credit the appropriate account within 7-10 business days; we will also send you an e-mail to let you know once the refund is complete. A store credit, including any portion thereof, is effective for one year from the date of issue. Any purchase through a store credit is non-refundable.
No exchanges
Due to the low inventory of our highly demanded designer items, we may not always carry large quantities or every size. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot process exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original merchandise for store credit and place a new order, all within time limits and route as detailed above.
Payment
We take every effort to make our site as secure as we can. Currently, all credit card transactions on this site are processed using Paypal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. At The Lust Weekend we do not hold your credit card details on the web server or our customer database.
To check out, you can choose to make your payment through your Paypal account or directly debit from your credit card. Don't worry if you don't have a Paypal account, simply click on the link of "do not have a Paypal account", you can then pay through your credit card. Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discovery. You have to confirm that you are the cardholder of the credit card that is being used. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the bank or credit card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to The Lust Weekend, we are not liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held any liability for any loss you may have if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.

Receiving a refund
If you meet our criteria for refund, usually the refund will be made within 30 days of the date of notice. The amount charged for all undamaged, decent returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card excluding shipping charges. International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
Alternatively, you can request a The Lust Weekend Store Credit that can be used against future purchase at The Lust Weekend.
Gift Certificate
Gift certificate cannot be redeemed for cash. A Gift Certificate can only be used by the user id holder of that gift certificate as nominated by The Lust Weekend. The recipient of a gift certificate or holder of a Store Credit cannot transfer or assign the gift certificate or Store Credit, or his or her rights under it.
Gift Certificate cannot be applied to an order that has already been placed with us. If the goods which you ordered with a Gift Certificate's amount is more than the face value of the Gift Certificate, the holder must pay the balance by any means set out in, and in accordance with the terms of, our payments policy (See 'Payment' above).
If the goods that the holder orders from us with a Gift Certificate Amounts to less than the face value, we will credit the balance to user's account in terms of a Store Credit. A Store Credit code will be issued to the said account. A Gift Certificate, including any portion thereof, is effective for one year from the date of issue. Any purchase through a Gift Certificate is non-refundable.
Maintenance
We offer hardware maintenance for some particular products. For example, we offer free exchange or repairing service for handbag lock for some particular models. We also offer repairing service for some particular products at a cost. Simply e-mail us to check if the service is available. Furthermore, please be aware that repairs do not come with any guarantees.
